3.3 Due to objective factors such as screen color variations and lighting conditions during photography, slight visual color differences may occur; such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a product quality issue or a discrepancy with the product description.
3.4 While we strive to keep product inventory, style, and pricing information up to date, issues such as system latency, manual data entry errors, or delayed updates may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the information, adjust the order, or cancel the affected order prior to shipment and issue a full refund to the user.

4. Order Acceptance Rules

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and issue a full refund under the following circumstances: insufficient inventory, product discontinuation, abnormal pricing, invalid delivery address, incorrect order information, duplicate orders, malicious orders, payment anomalies, suspected fraudulent orders, or orders that violate platform rules.

5. Pricing and Payment Rules

10. Termination of Agreement

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Effivac, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all third-party losses, damages, liabilities, and claims (including reasonable attorney’s fees).
Such indemnification obligations apply in the following circumstances:
(1) Your violation of these Terms of Service or any platform policy documents incorporated herein by reference;
(2) Your violation of applicable U.S. laws and regulations or the legitimate rights and interests of third parties;
(3) Any violations or infringing acts arising from your access to or use of the platform services.
We will promptly notify you of any indemnifiable claims; however, failure to provide timely notice does not absolve you of your indemnification obligations, unless such failure causes you material prejudice. We reserve the right to control the defense and settlement of such claims and to select defense counsel, with all related costs borne by you; provided, however, that we will not finalize any settlement requiring you to undertake non-monetary obligations without your consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld).
